Kaloyan Valentinov Danchev, born in Bulgaria and now based in Cancún, Mexico, is a highly successful international entrepreneur in the hospitality industry. As the CEO and driving force behind Fidelis Marketing Group, Danchev–known to friends as "Valentino”--has led successful teams for luxury vacation membership programs and top flight resort operators, promoting elite tourism experiences across Latin America.

Beyond his impact in the business world, Valentino is the founder of Chilpayate Foundation, a renowned non-profit in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, dedicated to improving the lives of children in underserved communities through education and cultural initiatives. His commitment to philanthropy, often supported by Fidelis and his employees, has reinforced his conviction that socially responsible businesses can drive real change.

A passionate outdoorsman and motorsports enthusiast, he is a regular competitor in the Baja 1000 off-road race in Baja California.
